quickFIT has been founded by Mike Veithen former Service Manager at EHC Germany.
Mike, now Director of handrailXperts germany gmbh can look back on a 10 year good relationship with EHC. 1994 Mike started in the field as Service Technician. 1995 he moved into the position of Production Supervisor. From 1996 until the end of 1997 Mike helped setting up EHCs manufacturing plant in Shanghai, China – Supporting production and setting up the Service Department. Beginning 1998 until the middle of 2000 he supported Norman Rosnersky (Managing Director of EHCs manufacturing plant in Germany) in setting up a Quick Service Depot (QSD) in Milton Keynes, England. End of 2000 Mike took over the Service Department to move into the Manager position in 2001 – Here he was responsible for 16 Service Technicians, the development of new services and splices, determine handrail related failure modes on units through on site inspections, maintaining a high standard of quality service and customer satisfaction in general of course.
2004 Mike has founded quickFITLtd.- now handrailXperts, with the goal to service the market with a high level of quality, clean fast, friendly service and a high degree of on site safety for both, the pedestrians and the technicians.
